Want to know the state of the art of "gentle processing" among research and large companies?

Can we produce using less water, energy and at the same time preserve the food we produce better?

"Gentle (preservation) processing" is becoming more and more used by the industry as a solution, and worldwide, research is being done at academic level to support the development of new and innovative solutions.

At this workshop, you will get:

  • The state of the art, when Lilia Ahrné, Professor in Dairy Process Technology at University of Copenhagen will lauch her report on the subject supplied with information Aberham Hailu Feyissa, Associate Professor from DTU Food 
  • Examples of Raslysation in practice from the startup company Lyras, when Founder and CEO Rasmus Mortensen takes us through three practical cases
  • A question round where you ask the experts on any question linked to your own company or issues

13:05             Introduction to report: “Gentle preservation processing”, Professor Lilia Ahrné, University of Copenhagen with supplementary information from Aberham Hailu Feyissa, Associate Professor from DTU Food

14:20             Raslysation is the new green, Rasmus Mortensen, CEO and founder of Lyras

14:40             Workshop: “Turning wheel” 3*15 minutes,The audience is divided into three groups who go from speaker to speaker.
