Kødbyens IS recognizes the need for a plant-based cream substitute that can meet this specific criterion. Hence, stakeholders working in the plant-based value- chain are invited to this ideation event where we will explore innovative solutions for developing tasty plant-based cream for e.g. ice cream.
This ideation event will bring academia and industry within the plant-based value chain together and provide optimal settings for stakeholders to discuss and co-create on novel research projects for which you can apply for funding through the Plant2Food platform. Plant2Food supports innovative research projects, that can accelerate the transition to more sustainable plant-based foods, which are healthy for both the planet and its population.
The workshop will be a combination of brainstorming sessions and network. You can attend in person or online – it is free to participate.
