Advanced food biotechnology can be the step stone to understand and develop new food products. We invite you to a seminar for inspiration and bridging collaborations to exchange knowledge using microorganisms for developing sustainable food, ingredients, and materials for food storage.

What can microorganisms do? Join this seminar and hear about advanced food technology in product development

Aarhus University and Food & Bio Cluster Denmark are organising a seminar on advanced microbial food technology. The aim of the seminar is to inspire and initiate collaborative projects with microorganisms in the development of sustainable food, ingredients and packaging.

Microorganisms are essential contributors in food production and preservation, in enzyme and vitamin production and in improving nutritional qualities. Research on microorganisms and their potential is carried out with a strong interest in finding biotechnological solutions that can contribute to current and global food challenges.
