Join fellow agri-food founder for a afternoon workshop format crash course in fundraising from business angels (in English) - in beautiful surroundings in Banegaarden in the heart of Copenhagen. 

In the world of startups, raising funds is often a critical challenge. To navigate this complex landscape and secure the capital needed for growth, many entrepreneurs turn to business angels—experienced investors with a keen interest in supporting promising ventures. However, successfully engaging with business angels requires a strategic approach and a solid understanding of their motivation and strategy. 

This course equips entrepreneurs with invaluable knowledge, practical insights, and proven strategies from some of the most experienced in the Danish funding landscape, enabling you to craft compelling pitches, build strong investor relationships, and ultimately secure the funding necessary to propel their ventures forward.

Who will join?

This event is for agri-food startups who are members of Food & Bio Cluster Denmark and considering to fundraise during the coming 6-8 months. Although the main focus is on fundraising from business angels, agri-food startups who are considering to fundraise from VCs or CVCs will also benefit in joining this course.

  In collaboration with Food & Bio Cluster Denmark, we will find some innovative and tasteful startups that are both looking for capital and skills. You will meet Boviwalk, Ketlace and Doing Zero. Boviwalk can use AI (Artificial Intelligence) to see if cows are lame. Ketlace is a health-promoting dietary supplement consisting of ketone-lactate esters targeted at diabetics and the obese. Doing Zero is tasty beer without alcohol

When you participate in this event, your time will be used as co-financing for the project Innovationskraft, which is funded by Danmarks Erhvervsfremmebestyrelse and Uddannelses- og Forskningsstyrelsen at a standard rate.
