Rapeseed meal which is the product remaining after oil extraction contains valuable protein which is generally not extracted due to the anti-nutritional factors in rapeseed. In the Pro-Enrich project we have been working on solving this problem and in this webinar we will go in to this topic and share our experiences so far.
